For the best flavour: Try it as a sun tea by adding 1.5 tbsp of herbs to 2 quarts of cold water in a glass jar. Cover and let steep in direct sunlight for 4-6 hours, then strain and chill in the fridge or serve over ice. Alternatively, brew it hot, let it cool, and enjoy!
