We truly want you to be happy with your purchase!


✅ Eligible Returns

  • Non-food items may be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be new and unopened

  • A full refund will be issued once your return is received


🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we cover return shipping

  • If you're returning an item because you changed your mind:

    • Shipping and customs charges are non-refundable

    • Return shipping is your responsibility

  • No COD (Cash on Delivery) returns accepted


❌ Custom Orders

  • Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged

  • If there’s an issue, please contact us — we’ll do our best to make it right!


📦 How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us with your order number and details about the product you want to return

  2. We’ll respond promptly with return instructions


📬 Lost Shipments

  • If your item is lost during shipping, please get in touch

  • While we’re not responsible for lost packages, we’ll assist in the recovery process where possible


💰 Refund Timeline

Most refunds are processed much sooner, but please allow up to 4 weeks:

  • 5–10 business days: transit time to us

  • 3–5 business days: processing time after we receive your return

  • 5–10 business days: for your bank to process the refund
