Standard Cup:
• 1 heaping teaspoon (approx. 2–3 g) per 1 cup (250 ml) hot water
• Temperature: 85–95°C (185–203°F)
• Steep covered for 5–7 minutes. Strain.

During Illness:
Drink 2–4 cups daily as needed

For Children:
Use half-strength (½ tsp per cup), sweeten with honey or fruit juice
