Standard Cup:
• 1 heaping teaspoon per 1 cup (250 ml) hot water or milk of choice
• Temperature: 90–95°C (194–203°F)
• Steep covered for 5–7 minutes. Strain.
For Stronger Effect:
• 2 teaspoons per cup
• Steep 10–12 minutes, covered
Optional additions: honey, milk of choice, lemon
