You’ll Need:

~4 cups raw organic apple cider vinegar

Raw local honey (to taste, after steeping)

Steps:

Add the entire contents of the Fire Cider Kit to a jar

Pour ~4 cups of apple cider vinegar to cover all ingredients

Seal and steep in a cool, dark place for 2–4 weeks

Shake daily

Strain out herbs

Add honey to taste

Bottle and refrigerate

Makes approximately 1 quart of finished Fire Cider.

Take 1–2 tbsp daily as a wellness tonic
Mix into warm water or tea for a spicy boost
Add to salad dressings or marinades
Use as a zesty shot before meals to aid digestion
