• Temperature: 95–100°C
• Steep covered for 10–15 minutes. Strain.
For Stronger Medicinal Effect:
• 1½ teaspoons per cup
• Steep 15–20 minutes, covered
Optional additions: raw honey, warm milk of choice, or fresh lemon.
