Standard Brew: Steep 1 tsp per cup (250 ml) boiling water for 8–10 minutes
Iced Chai: Steep double strength, cool, pour over ice
Chai Latte: Simmer 1 tbsp per 1 cup milk (or dairy-free) for 5 min
Mulled Cider: Add 1–2 tbsp to 4 cups apple cider, simmer gently
Cold Brew: Steep 3 tsp in 1L cold water, refrigerate overnight
