Homestead Sunshine is a bright, tangy blend made for sun tea, set out in a jar of cold water and left to steep slowly in the warmth of the day, the way summer should be enjoyed, without hurry and without fuss. Light and naturally invigorating, it cools the body and lifts the spirit in equal measure. The kind of cup that tastes like exactly where you are, a warm Saskatchewan afternoon with nowhere better to be.

For best flavour:
Enjoy as a sun tea by adding 3–4 tablespoons of herbs to 2 quarts of cold water in a glass jar. Cover and steep in direct sunlight for 4–6 hours. Strain and chill, or serve over ice.

Hot Brew Method:
Use 1 tsp per cup of boiling water
Steep for 10–15 minutes, then cool
Serve cold or over ice

Optional: Sweeten with raw honey or fruit slices
