Standard Cup:
• 1–2 tsp per 1 cup (250 ml) hot water
• Temperature: 90–95°C (194–203°F)
• Steep covered for 7–10 minutes, then strain
For Stronger Medicinal Effect:
• 2–3 tsp per cup
• Steep 12–15 minutes, covered
Optional additions: honey, milk of choice, lemon
