Standard Cup:
• 1 heaping teaspoon per 1 cup (250 ml) hot water or milk
• Temperature: 85–95°C
• Steep covered for 5–7 minutes. Strain.

For Stronger Medicinal Effect:
• 2 teaspoons per cup
• Steep covered for 8–10 minutes

Optional additions: honey, maple syrup, or milk of choice.
