• 1–2 teaspoons per 1 cup (250 ml) hot water
• Temperature: 95°C (just below boiling)
• Steep covered for 8–10 minutes. Strain

For Stronger Medicinal Effect:
• 2–3 teaspoons per cup
• Steep 12–15 minutes, covered

Optional additions: honey, maple syrup
