Peaceful Evening Info Sheet

Standard Cup:
• 1 heaping teaspoon per 1 cup (250 ml) hot water or milk
• Temperature: 85–95°C
• Steep covered for 7–10 minutes. Strain before drinking.
For Stronger Effect:
• 1.5 teaspoons per cup
• Steep 12–15 minutes, covered
Optional additions: honey, milk of choice, lemon
