Use 1 to 2 tsp per pound of meat, seafood, or veggies
For marinades: Mix 1 tbsp with 2 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
Add to stews and soups ½ tsp at a time, adjusting to taste
Use dry as a rubbing spice or sprinkle over hot dishes for a finishing kick
Great for dry rubs, sauces, and chili bases
