For internal use:
Mix 1–2 tsp in a glass of water, 1–2 times per day.
In dressings:
Use 2 tbsp vinegar to 4 tbsp oil for a balanced vinaigrette.
For marinades:
Use 2–3 tbsp per pound of meat, marinate for 1–2 hours.
As a rinse:
Mix ¼ cup vinegar with 1 cup water; pour over clean hair, rinse after 1–2 minutes.
