Standard Cup:
• 1 tsp (2–3 g) per 1 cup (250 ml) hot water
• Temperature: 85–95°C (185–203°F)
• Steep covered for 5–7 minutes. Strain.
For Stronger Effect:
• 2 tsp (4–6 g) per cup
• Steep covered 8–10 minutes
Optional additions: honey, milk of choice, lemon
