Standard Cup:
• 1–2 teaspoons per 1 cup (250 ml) hot water
• Temperature: 90–96°C (195–205°F)
• Steep covered for 10–15 minutes. Strain.

For Stronger Medicinal Effect:
• 1 tablespoon per cup
• Steep 20 minutes, covered

Optional additions: raw honey, lemon slice, or a splash of warm milk of choice.
