Preparation:

Hot Tea: Steep 1–2 teaspoons of tea per cup in freshly boiled water for 5–7 minutes. Strain and enjoy.

Iced Tea: Brew double-strength tea, let cool, pour over ice, and serve. Add a slice of lemon if desired.

Sun Tea: Place 1–2 teaspoons of tea per cup in a jar, fill with water, and let sit in the sun for 3–4 hours. Strain before serving.
