• 1 heaping teaspoon per 1 cup (250 ml) hot water
• Temperature: 90–95°C
• Steep covered for 8–10 minutes. Strain.
For Stronger Medicinal Effect:
• 2 teaspoons per cup
• Steep 12–15 minutes, covered
• Optional additions: honey, milk of choice, lemon
