Sun Tea Method:
Use 1.5 tbsp of tea blend per 2 quarts (approx. 2 liters) of cold water
Place in a glass jar, cover, and set in direct sunlight
Steep for 4–6 hours, then strain
Chill in the fridge or serve over ice
Hot Brew Method:
Use 1 tsp per cup of boiling water
Steep for 10–15 minutes, then cool
Serve cold or over ice
Optional: Sweeten with raw honey or fruit slices
