Standard Cup:
• 1 heaping teaspoon (approx. 2–3 g) per 1 cup (250 ml) hot water
• Temperature: 90–95°C (194–203°F)
• Steep covered for 6–8 minutes. Strain.

For Stronger Mineral Support:
• 2 teaspoons per cup
• Steep 10 minutes, covered

Optional additions: honey, milk of choice, lemon
