Instructions

Usage and Dosage
• Internally: Take 1 teaspoon diluted in water or herbal tea, once or twice daily. For acute conditions, 1 tablespoon diluted in water may be taken.
• Externally: Apply a moistened cloth to affected areas as a compress for 2-4 hours or overnight. Grease skin with Calendula ointment before application.
