Basic Tzatziki Recipe:
• 1 cup Greek yogurt
• 1–2 tsp Tzatziki Spice Blend
• Optional: shredded cucumber, squeeze of lemon juice
• Mix well and chill for 30 minutes before serving
As a rub:
• Use 1 tbsp per pound of meat
• Drizzle with olive oil, rub in, then grill or roast
