Standard Cup (Child-Friendly):
• 1 teaspoon per 1 cup (250 ml) hot water
• Temperature: 90–96°C
• Steep covered for 8–12 minutes. Strain and cool to a safe temperature before serving.
For Stronger Traditional Use:
• 2 teaspoons per cup
• Steep 15–20 minutes, covered.
Optional additions: honey (for children over 1 year), warm milk, or a squeeze of lemon.
